With Your Consent

With your consent, we will process your data for other purposes.

We may also collect and use your device identifiers to display and personalize in-game ads and behavioral advertising, as described below. Where applicable, we may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA, GAID), vendor identifier (IDFV), IP address, device ID, and other device identifiers (country/region, OS version, device model, client version) for these purposes. Under applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we need your consent to do so.

We share this data with your consent so our advertising partners can serve appropriate ads and optimize ad content to ensure you don't see the same ad multiple times. We share your device identifiers with selected partners to enable such ad serving and personalization.

You can manage your consent in the game settings and limit ad tracking in your device settings. Please note that opt-outs are specific to each browser and device and may take some time to take effect.

For in-app mobile ads, you can reset your advertising identifier and opt out of interest-based ads (Android) or turn on Limit Ad Tracking (iOS) based on your device.

These partners operate advertising networks and mediation platforms and facilitate and participate in ad inventory bidding. Social features are a core part of our games. For example, other players and users may see your profile data, in-game activity, and read your messages.

Our Service Providers

LionMobi employs various vendors to help us provide our services. These vendors will only process your data in accordance with LionMobi's instructions to provide the services and perform tasks such as hosting, player support, advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.

Other Companies and Public Authorities

To verify payments (with the help of payment providers such as PayPal) and combat fraud and illegal activities, we will process and disclose data to other companies and organizations, and provide such data to public authorities in response to legal requirements.

We will also disclose your data with your consent to comply with legal requirements or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our players or others.

Advertising and Social Media Partners

The services include features provided by our partners, such as social media interaction tools, features implemented through application programming interfaces (APIs) or software development kits (SDKs), and in-game ads. You can view a list of these partners at LionMobi.com/en/partner-opt-out. These partners will access your data and operate in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend that you review their privacy policies to learn more about their data processing practices.

These partners may access data related to your activity and device (e.g., your IP address, mobile identifiers, pages visited, addresses, date and time). We also combine the data we collect about you and share it with our third-party advertising partners. These advertising partners will use this data (and similar data collected from other services) to provide you with targeted ads when you visit third-party services within their networks. These partners will operate in accordance with their own privacy policies. This practice is commonly referred to as "interest-based advertising" or "online behavioral advertising." If you do not want your personal data shared with third-party advertising partners, you can follow the instructions in the "Your Rights and Choices" section below.

International Data Transfers

Our services are global, so your data may be transferred anywhere in the world. Because different countries may have different data protection laws than your country, we take steps to ensure that your data is adequately protected in accordance with the provisions described in this Privacy Policy. Adequate safeguards we may take include standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and other legal safeguards.

Your Rights and Choices

Opting Out of Marketing Emails or Other Direct Marketing

Where permitted by applicable law, LionMobi may send marketing communications to you based on an existing customer relationship.

You can opt out of receiving these communications by following the instructions in the promotional communications or changing your in-game settings. Updated settings may not take effect immediately. Please note that you will still receive non-promotional communications from us, such as service-related information, updates to our LionMobi Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, or transactional information (e.g., information related to purchases you make through the services).

Push Notifications

We will send you push notifications through our mobile applications. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by changing the settings on your mobile device.

Opting Out of Targeted Ads

You can opt out of receiving interest-based ads in mobile applications by checking your privacy settings on your Android or iOS device and turning off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or selecting "Limit Ad Tracking" (Apple iOS) or "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" (Android).

You can also opt out of personalized in-game pushes through the options provided in the game settings (if available).

Accessing Your Personal Data

If you request, we will provide you with an electronic copy of your personal data.

Your Other Rights

You also have the right to change, delete your data, object to how we use or share your data, and restrict how we use or share your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We will respond to all requests within a reasonable time. If you have unresolved privacy or data use concerns, you may also contact your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom to address unresolved complaints.

If you wish to exercise any of these data subject rights, please use the support options provided in the "Contact Us" section above. We will respond to all requests in accordance with applicable law. To protect your privacy, we will also take additional steps to verify your identity before responding to your request, such as asking you to provide a purchase receipt or other account information, asking you to link your email address to your game account (e.g., through a LionMobi ID), or asking you to answer questions related to your activity in our services. Where required by applicable law, you may also designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights on your behalf by providing the agent's contact information to our customer support.

You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Like most online services, we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to provide and personalize services, analyze usage, customize ads, and prevent fraud. Cookies and similar technologies allow us and our partners to store preferences and track your activity in the services. Please note that our partners will operate in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We and our partners collect and store information about user interactions with independent websites and applications, which typically use our technology (including cookies and similar tracking technologies). This allows us to infer the presence of common users or households behind multiple devices or browsers and then associate this browser and device information in a device graph. We do this to:

  • Detect and prevent fraud;
  • Improve the services;
  • Allow users to start using the services on one device and continue seamlessly on another;
  • Perform analytics, personalization, and attribution;
  • Limit the number of times users see the same ad across all known or inferred devices; and/or

How We Protect Your Data

Security Measures

To ensure a secure player experience, we continuously develop and implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the services to you. For example, we may periodically de-identify unused game accounts, and we regularly review and de-identify unnecessary data. Please note that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we will still retain your personal data for legitimate business interests, such as to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, etc.

Children

Protecting children's privacy online is very important to us. Generally, our services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children, except as described in the following paragraphs.

For games that are not targeted at children but may still attract children, we take additional measures to restrict access to these services based on the player's age. For these services, if a player indicates they are under 13 (or the applicable age in their region), we will restrict their access to certain features, such as social media and chat functions, and certain types of notifications. We will also limit the processing of personal data to what is necessary to support the internal operations of the services.

Please note that for some of our services, we use a higher age limit than described in the previous two paragraphs (e.g., 16). This is to provide a safe gaming experience for our players while protecting younger players.

If you are a parent or guardian and wish to review the personal information collected from your child, or if you wish to modify or delete such information, you can contact us in the manner described above. If we find that a child has provided us with personal data in violation of the above, we will delete any personal data collected unless we need to retain it to fulfill legal obligations, and we will deactivate the child's account and/or adjust their service experience to a minor version (if applicable).
